As a first time buyer, I found Roger to be a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. He proactively anticipated any pitfalls that could arise in the home buying process, and navigated me away from them. He also gave me his honest experienced opinion each time we viewed a listing. On a number of occasions, he pointed out flaws in the property and dissuaded me from placing an offer or over-bidding. When the right home came along, he strategically guided me through a multiple offer situation, ultimately securing the home without overbidding. He also has good contacts and can make good recommendations.
